TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL> NO RUSH ORDERS. I don't take commissions with a deadline as of the moment!
> Commissions may take 1 week~1-2 months.
> Not a first come first serve as this form is for requesting.
> Commissions are digital goods. You will be receiving a digital file (usually in the form of .png).
> I tend to post WIPs on my twitter/social media. If you're not comfortable with it, you can inform me to not post it.
> DO NOT remove the watermark.
> Finished pieces will be sent through email or a google drive link.
> Commission request can be rejected without reason or if I'm not comfortable/confident in doing it.
> Commissioned artwork may be included in my portfolio and be uploaded to my public social media unless said otherwise.
> Updates will be sent from time to time, and images will be sent at a lower resolution to avoid incidents and issues.
> 5 revisions can be done when in the sketching or line art phase, any revision after that will incur a +$20 or above fee, depending on how major it is. Minor alterations and considerations are ok.
> Client will be contacted when commission will be accepted and started.
PAYMENTS> Payment is half after sketch and final payment on finished illustration.
> No cancelling of commission once I started and have been paid. Please be 100% sure if you want to avail a commission.
>Payments are through GCASH, MAYA or WISE.
REFERENCES> Please send an image/document of your wanted character/oc and desired pose, look, etc.
> Image with written reference is ok.
> Send a clear reference image.
> NO PARAGRAPHS of reference.
> You're HIGHLY encouraged to send a drawn example of what you want. It helps to illustrate ideas.
> CHARACTER DESIGN IS NOT AVAILABLE. Have a clear reference sheet design on-hand. I will not be able to cater to creating your character designs for you as of the moment.
USAGE AND PERMISSIONS> As the artist, I hold rights to my works.
> Do not claim, trace, edit, modify, the finished artwork in any shape or form without permission.
> If reposted or used on other sites please tag me (@chuurylen on insta, twitter, and facebook).
> Finished piece can be used for Personal Use (social media pfp, banners, desktop backgrounds and wallpapers). You can print it as long it's non-profit and personal, no printing and reselling for commercial purposes. Commissions for commercial use aren't available yet.
> DO NOT use my artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, or A.I. In doing so, the client will be blacklisted and not refunded.
